Veterans Way Community, located in Union, Missouri, is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing affordable, supportive housing for veterans. Our planned community will feature 25 fully furnished tiny homes, each designed to provide veterans with a safe, comfortable place to live while keeping costs low through HUD-subsidized rent and included utilities.
Each 12x24 home will include essential appliances, furniture, internet access, kitchenware, bedding, and household necessities to support independent living.
The property will also feature a community center with on-site management, laundry facilities, a kitchen, offices, storage, event space, outdoor gathering areas, and additional resources to support veterans both socially and practically. Transportation assistance for medical appointments, work, shopping, and other essential needs will also be available.
Veterans Way is partnering with local organizations, churches, businesses, and veteran groups to provide donations, supplies, and ongoing support for residents. Located near East Central College and major retail centers, the community is designed to help veterans rebuild stability, independence, and connection within the local community.
